chewing gum

aku baca Reader's Digest (December)
so, wanna share something interesting about chewing gum..

Gum chewing shows the better performnce in school
Kajian dri Baylor College of Medicine bgitau bhw mengunyah chewing gum membantu mengekalkan tumpuan dgn mengurgkn stress. Mereka ckp lagi, Grade 8 yg mngunyah chewing gum time blajar, buat homework ataupun exam, bdk2 grade 8 nie dpt better result for subjct maths than budak2 grade 8 yg x kunyah chewing gum.

p/s: asal r aku dpt tau lps SPM??

Gum Chewing may less snacking
sapa yang kunyah chewing gum 15 min setiap jam between lunch dgn tea dpt kurgkn 60% calories drpd gula yg kita ambil

im as a sbp student, mknn 2 satu bnd yg amat pnting. Bila blajar je mesti nak kne ad bnd utk dikunyah
biskut, roti, snack food jdi mngsa r..
mmg bdn aku naik r! berat bertmbh2.
so, lps nie blajar kunyah r chewing gum.
blh tingkatkan tumpuan, hilgkn stress n KURUS!
so, studnt skrg nie leh r jdikn kunyah chewing gum as a habit k!
tapi...jgn r buang merata2.. dh hbs kunya tue, bungkus r dlu bru buang. kalau x seksa org yg terpijak chewing gum!
Smile is the BEST therapy. ALHAMDULILLAH:)
